Dual 67” lightweight aluminum fuel cylinders with carbon fiber shells protected by a proprietary crash barrier and road-debris shield, you will see significant reduction in emissions. HYBRID ELECTRIC: Freightliner Custom Chassis offers a seamless combination of conventional diesel and electric propulsion systems that provide the extended range and refueling characteristics of a typical diesel engine plus the fuel efficiency and lower emissions of an electric motor. Lithium-ion batteries constantly recharging through the operation of the diesel engine by regenerative braking, no need to plug into an electrical source at the end of the day.
